We’ve moved out of stage 2 water restrictions. Jeebus be praised! It has rained non-stop here for the past 2 weeks, and Falls Lake is now full. I intend to wash all the cars in Raleigh this weekend. Day 2 here:

We’re back
The trip was good…it had the usual ups and downs and some additional ups and downs thanks to a diverted flight on the way home. Should you care, I’ve opened up a separate page on the left for the trip. For now, Riu Bachata gets a thumbs up from us.
