Enough fish to make you happy (Red Snapper is preferred but Tilapia works)
2 TBS capers
Enough green olives to make you happy
1 14oz can of tomatoes
Some Olive Oil
1 sliced onion
Mix the non-fish ingredients in a bowl.
Spoon enough of the sauce into a shallow baking dish to cover the bottom
Put the fish filets (If i have to tell you to use filets, please cook something else) in said dish.
Top with all the sauce
Bake at 350 until awesome
Serve over rice
